The Miss Universe Organization appointed María José Unda as Vice President of International Relations on December 13 2025 in New York City. She has been with the organization for two years focusing on global coordination and talent development. Unda previously served as a liaison to National Directors fostering collaboration and communication. For the last six months she was Talent Development Director traveling internationally and working directly with the 120 delegates of the 74th Miss Universe edition. Organization President Raúl Rocha praised her experience and passion for building relationships. Unda expressed honor and commitment to serving the global family and promoting unity empowerment and cultural diversity. The appointment aims to strengthen international partnerships and advance the organization’s mission of celebrating diverse women.
